Our goal is to establish, build, strengthen and maintain a strong business relationship with Realtors and become their Business Partner. We consistently close $2-3M per month in mortgage loans, mainly those considered as "Special Financing." Unless buyer's are paying cash, no approval equals no paycheck.
One core belief we have at Maverick Realty Group is that Realtors and Loan Officers must work together to remain successful in this highly competitive business and it’s a two-way street. The entire process starts and stops with the mortgage loan approval. If we can’t get the buyer approved and get the deal closed, nobody benefits or makes any money and our #1 Priority is to make sure our Realtor Partners get paid.
We have taken that core belief to the next level in several ways and created a Real Estate Company designed to lower an agent's cost of being in the Real Estate Sales Business. Just one of the many ways we are dedicate to our Realtor Partners.
We do not require agents to send us their mortgage business to be sponsored as an agent. We are trying to become an important business partner in every Realtor's business model. Whether they send us their mortgage business or simply want to take advantage of our amazingly low costs, agents will not find another Real Estate Company that offers as much as we do at the cost we offer it. |
